Comment
Rec. value is from Wis04c. Extrapolation to kT= 5 keV done with normalized energy-dependence of endfb71 (f=0.936). New rec. cross section to the isomer is weighted average of HWD08 and ZhK91, new isomeric ratio at kT= 30 keV deduced to be IR= 0.863. The recalculated IR at kT= 5.1 keV is IR= 0.774 (in contrast to the value given in HWD08).
