Comment
Rec. value is from MFM10 with stellar enhancement factors (SEF) from cite{FMM10. Uncertainty of SEF is up to 4.0%. ???Does the X factor need to be recalculated??? Good agreement with the indirect photoactivation measurement from SUM05 (note that this up to now the only case where both reactions were measured and published).
