(Version 0.0 corresponds to Bao et al.) Comment
Recommended value and new MACS vs. kT table is deduced as follows: for kT= 5 and 8 keV the values from CDP06b are used, for kT= 10-15 keV the values of MCA98 were normalized to the different energy-dependence of CDP06b. For kT= 20 to 25 keV the average of CDP06b and MCA98 was used. At kT= 30 keV the weighted average of the evaluations (endfb71,jeff32) was multiplied by 1.04 to match the experimental values of CDP06b and MCA98, above this energy the averaged values from the evaluations were used directly. The isomeric ratio at kT= 30 keV is IR= 0.157.

Original:MACS [<σ v>/vT] (mb) for kT=30 keV, based on the published cross sections except where indicated otherwise. Renorm:MACS [<σ v>/vT] (mb) for kT=30 keV for which the reference or standard cross section was meanwhile improved. Type: The letters and numbers in the column labelled 'type' give information on how the cross section has been obtained:
MACS, SEF and Reaction Rates for different energies
MACS: Reference: MCA98, CDP06b, endfb71,jeff32 Procedure: 'e+t' (The MACS from kT=5 keV to 100 keV are derived from calculated cross sections, which are then normalized to experimental data, e.g. to the values at kT=25 keV obtained in activation measurements. In these cases the uncertainties should be linearly increased below 25 and above 30 keV to reach about 30% at the extreme kT values.)
