Comment
New recommended value and MACS vs. kT table is from the TOF measurement of CL14 which is in perfect agreement with previous measurements but exhibits a much smaller uncertainty and an independent energy-dependence. The authors give asymmetric error bars for kT>40 keV but here only the (larger) positive error bar is used.

Original:MACS [<σ v>/vT] (mb) for kT=30 keV, based on the published cross sections except where indicated otherwise.
Renorm:MACS [<σ v>/vT] (mb) for kT=30 keV for which the reference or standard cross section was meanwhile improved.
Type: The letters and numbers in the column labelled 'type' give information on how the cross section has been obtained:
cDirectly quoted from the reference itself
rRecalculated for kT = 30keV with the code described in Ref. 2 after renormalizing the original data to updated standard cross sections
aCalculated from resonance parameters with the formula from Ref. 45
