New rec. value is weighted average of BSR02a (normalized by 632/586= 1.0785) and MWS89. MACS vs. kT calculated with energy dependence and uncertainties from BSR02a. Note that there is a strong discrepancy between the energy dependence of the evaluations (based on the measurement of MWS89) and the values given in BSR02a. Investigation needed!
