Comment
New rec. value is average of recent evaluations (endfb71,jendl40) which fit the value of BKP92 nicely. Uncertainty at kT= 30 keV from BKP92 (5.5%), otherwise combined with deviation of both evaluations and covariance data of endfb71. The isomeric ratio between E(n)= 20-50 keV is IR= 0.13-0.14 (TKK68). From this, a new rec. partial cross section was deduced.

Original:MACS [<σ v>/vT] (mb) for kT=30 keV, based on the published cross sections except where indicated otherwise.
Renorm:MACS [<σ v>/vT] (mb) for kT=30 keV for which the reference or standard cross section was meanwhile improved.
Type: The letters and numbers in the column labelled 'type' give information on how the cross section has been obtained:
cDirectly quoted from the reference itself
bCalculated from smooth cross sections with model fit: ln(sigma) = a + a1 ln(E) + a2 ln^2(E)
eEvaluated value taken directly from the reference

MACS:
Reference: BKP92,endfb71,jendl40
Procedure: 'e+t' (The MACS from kT=5 keV to 100 keV are derived from calculated cross sections, which are then normalized to experimental data, e.g. to the values at kT=25 keV obtained in activation measurements. In these cases the uncertainties should be linearly increased below 25 and above 30 keV to reach about 30% at the extreme kT values.)
