Comment
There are two groups of data for the astrophysical energy range between a few keV and 200 keV. Data from BKP92, YSE80, and KPF68 is about 15% lower beyond E(n)= 6 keV than data from RKK07, MaW81, and CzS73. The new rec. value is an average of these two data groups by using the energy dependence from endfb71, once reduced by 15% beyond E(n)= 6 keV and once as given. An independent re-investigation with the activation technique is desired.
The isomeric ratio at E(n)= 23-25 keV is deduced from measurements of AJB79 and SSR73 to be IR= 0.271. (The ground-state ratio is thus GR= 1-IR= 0.729.)

Original:MACS [<σ v>/vT] (mb) for kT=30 keV, based on the published cross sections except where indicated otherwise.
Renorm:MACS [<σ v>/vT] (mb) for kT=30 keV for which the reference or standard cross section was meanwhile improved.
Type: The letters and numbers in the column labelled 'type' give information on how the cross section has been obtained:
cDirectly quoted from the reference itself
bCalculated from smooth cross sections with model fit: ln(sigma) = a + a1 ln(E) + a2 ln^2(E)

Procedure: 'e+t' (The MACS from kT=5 keV to 100 keV are derived from calculated cross sections, which are then normalized to experimental data, e.g. to the values at kT=25 keV obtained in activation measurements. In these cases the uncertainties should be linearly increased below 25 and above 30 keV to reach about 30% at the extreme kT values.)
