Comment
New rec. value is from MBB05. Uncertainty in MBB05 is only statistical.
Note: There seems to be a systematic discrepancy between the values from TOF measurements (MBB05, WLK86, RFH83) and from activation measurements (BSR02a/Bee91, KNA87, WBK86a). The weighted average from the 3 activation measurements is 3.8 mb, but the value for the 3 TOF measurements would be 4.9 mb. More investigation needed!
