Comment
New rec. value is taken from TENDL-2015 which agrees well with the previous measurement from ABM77. Uncertainty of 12% taken from ABM77. Note that there is a big discrepancy between the only measurement from ABM77 and the previous evaluations. The most recent TENDL-2015 evaluations seems to have this discrepancy solved.
