The closest international airport is Bordeaux/Merignac located at 12 km from the center of Bordeaux.

We recommend you to arrive to Bordeaux already on Sunday evening and book a hotel in Bordeaux downtown (see the Accomodation tab). Taxis are rather expensive, so we suggest you to take the public bus that drives you to the city center. You can find here more information on how to get from the airport to Bordeaux city center. You do not need to worry about how to get to the CENBG on Monday morning, we will arrange everything for you! A bus will pick you up at "Place Jean Jaures" at 8:30 AM and drive you to the CENBG. The "Place Jean Jaures" is only 300 meters from the "Grand Theatre" when going towards the Garonne river.
